A must-have for drawing and glass cutting, we suggest students who are new to cutting glass get lots of practice before introducing the use of a straight edge. It creates new problems to be mindful of. 

It is ideal for the straight edges to have a rubber or non-slip backing to prevent sliding on slick glass and drawing paper.
