A rich black patina developed especially for zinc applications. A copper layer adheres to the zinc, then blackens. Leave the solution on the zinc, undisturbed, for about 30 seconds. Rinse off with water and wipe dry.
What we have to say about the product
Patina is available for zinc; however, in our experience, we have found that it is not very effective. In addition, it can produce an inconsistent finish. Therefore, we typically discourage our students from utilizing it.
